A three-week-long online corporate event for the Yandex PlusFantech team.
The concept was inspired by summer camps for kids but tailored to suit the needs of the audience and the format. Names of all the meetings and activities reminded the guests of a classical kid´s camp. The team members were divided into "cabins" with two cabin leaders for each group.
The event was focused on team building. The aim was to help the colleagues to get to know each other better outside the workplace, to offer them talks on relevant topics given by experts, and to establish a spirit of bonding and creative cooperation within each cabin.
